Welcome to gfx! The horizon is tilted yes! This can easily be corrected in most photo editing tools! A slightly darker blue in the sky would enhance too!

this is called Doonagore Castle, and is in Co, Clare... It is more commonly referred to as Doolin Castle. I have seen many photographs of this castle and this ranks as one of the best images. Well done.. http://www.kingsway.ie/cgi-bin/buildFrames3.pl?/_Clare/doolin/
